Batsar Construction is a leader in Ghana's construction industry, building modern houses at prices families can actually reach. We design every home around one idea: a house in a tropical climate should work with the weather, not fight it.

How do milestone payments work?

Your build is divided into clear stages: design, foundation, walls, roofing and finishing. We give you the cost of each stage upfront. You fund one stage, we complete it, you see the result, and then we move to the next.

I live abroad. How will I know my house is being built?

With our Diaspora Package you get photo and video reports at the end of every milestone, plus live video walk-throughs on request. You'll have one dedicated contact person, and funds are released stage by stage only after progress is shown.

Will I still need air conditioning?

Many clients find they need it far less. Hollow blocks, polished floors, louvres and whirlybirds keep the house naturally cooler, so ACs run for fewer hours and work less hard when they do. That means lower electricity bills.

Do whirlybirds need electricity?

No. Whirlybirds are turned by the wind and by rising hot air. They work day and night with no running cost and very little maintenance.

Can you build on my own land, or use my own plan?

Yes. We build on your land anywhere we operate in Ghana, and we can adapt your existing plan to include our energy-efficient features.

How do I get a price for my house?
